Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations:

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked service cost.

No Show Policy:

In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

Rescheduling Process:

To reschedule your appointment, please call the salon directly. Text messages will not be accepted. After hours, kindly leave a message on our answering machine, and we will return your call the next business day.

Colour Services Consultation:

For large colour services, a consultation must be booked in advance. This ensures the appropriate time is allocated, and a quote is provided. A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. We request 48 hours' notice for rescheduling colour appointments. If rescheduled within 48 hours, the booking fee can be transferred.

Emerging Stylists:

If you choose to book with an Emerging Stylist, please note they are still learning. As such, services are heavily discounted, and your understanding, patience, and cooperation are appreciated. Should you require an experienced stylist, please book accordingly. If a more experienced stylist is needed to correct a result, additional fees will apply based on the stylist's level of experience. Qualified stylists are not discounted.
